Healthy Boundaries: The Key to Stronger Relationships
Healthy Boundaries:
The Key to Stronger Relationships
Healthy boundaries sound like:
✅ "I can’t take that call right now, but I can text later."
✅ "I appreciate your advice, but I need to make this decision on my own."
✅ "I need some time to recharge before we talk about this."
✅ "I am going to have to pass on attending that activity this time."
Boundaries aren’t selfish—they're necessary. They help prevent burnout, reduce resentment, and encourage mutual respect. The people who truly care about you will respect them. And if they don’t? That’s valuable information, too.
What’s one boundary you need to set today? Tell us about it in the comments.
